Noel has regularly been training Jet Airways Pilots and Cabin crew in Voice Enrichment and in making better in flight announcements. Noel also trains individuals and Corporate’s in Enhanced Communication & Presentation skills

Noel is on the lecturing faculty of the following institutions:
MET: (Mumbai Educational Trust) Here Noel lectures to Post Graduate students on Below the Line Media
School of Broadcasting & Communication: Here Noel lectures to the students on Verbal Communication Skills
XIC: Xaviers Institute of Communication: Noel lectures the Advtg/Mktg students, as well as the PR and Journalism students on radio and news reading skills.
Noel has also started a Radio Jockey class as well as a Dubbing Class at XIC for the convenience of students living in North Mumbai.
